Head for the hills aboard trains anew in Liberec - Stará Paka from Vector Simulations! From the unique controls of the Class 843 to the iconic “Goggles” cab of the Class 750, tackle a mix of passenger & freight operations along a busy & treacherous single-track mountain pass in Train Sim World’s first Czech route.

The route which today tightly navigates its way from Liberec to Stará Paka was built in the 1850s as a section of a route from Germany to Pardubice. Born from a desire to primarily shift cargo - in particular, supporting the lucrative coal industry - the unforgiving terrain was bested by railway builders both domestic, and with the expertise from other countries more climatised to complicated rail routes.

In Train Sim World 6, Liberec - Stará Paka transports you into the Czech countryside, with not only the challenges of the track and terrain to learn, but also a whole new set of signals and systems to master. Journey through the Jizera Valley on mixed traffic trips aboard not one, but two brand new trains:

Embark on a variety of passenger services with the Class 843, a single diesel railcar which can also haul coaches for additional capacity - the modern cab features complex start-up procedures and interactive radio functionality, with cruise control making easy work of the undulating terrain. In stark contrast, ready-up for a busy shift with the Class 750, a classic diesel loco with an iconic frame - enjoy hands-on driving as you head up and down the line, keeping local industries moving. Take control of a more familiar throttle with the DB BR 642 which layers in from Maintalbahn (available separately) offering additional passenger services.
