Withering State is a narrative-driven political RPG that follows Premier Alexander Sants as he ascends to lead the People's Republic of Sudlivia in a dangerous time. The Chairman is dead, the Party is more divided than ever, and the neighboring Eastern Bloc is crumbling under the weight of its own reforms. You must navigate a cutthroat Party apparatus, find your place within a shifting web of international alliances, and oversee a stagnant economic system on the verge of sliding into collapse. Your choices will not only chart the course for the five brotherly nations of Sudlivia, but could determine whether you end up as the Chairman of the state, or just another political prisoner...
