Eternal Spring: Oblivion — an atmospheric first-person shooter with survival and RPG elements set in a living open world.
Survive the chaotic 90s, where Slavic mythology has bled into reality. Explore the half-abandoned streets of Kerch and its surroundings, study deadly anomalies, fight mythological creatures and ruthless bandits, help the remaining locals, and unravel the mystic secrets of a world stuck in eternal spring.
Discover a detailed open world spanning over 4 km², including the eastern districts of Kerch, the merged Kerch Sea Trade Port and shipyard, coastline, and dense forests with a forgotten village.
A full day-night cycle, dynamic wind, and changing weather deeply affect gameplay. At night visibility drops dramatically, creatures become more aggressive, and you must prepare for the darkness — or return to safety to rest.
Scavenge notes, newspapers, and letters scattered across the world to piece together personal stories and the larger lore. Loot shops, abandoned ambulances, military trucks, and houses. The more dangerous the area, the better the rewards.
Distorted anomalous zones await — from crackling power lines to toxic swamps and fiery craters. Inside them you can find strange anomalous nuggets that grant powerful positive or negative effects: restoring health and stamina, or suddenly increasing hunger and thirst.
Constantly manage your health, hunger, thirst, stamina, and vigor. Bleeding, insomnia, and exhaustion can kill you just as easily as bullets or claws.
Progress your character through actions: moving builds Strength (more carry weight, faster movement, higher jumps), eating different foods improves Metabolism (hunger and thirst grow slower), and taking damage raises Resilience (lower chance of bleeding and reduced incoming damage).
Upon death, skills reset to default values. You only lose what you were carrying — and respawn at the last bed you slept in.
Your arsenal includes the PM pistol, OTs-33, AKM, AS Val, and shotguns. Customize some weapons with red-dot and optical sights, as well as extended magazines.
Choose from several types of backpacks, clothing, and plate carriers. More weapons, attachments, and gear are planned for the future.
Enjoy a realistic Tetris-style inventory with item combining, quick-use slots, and smart weight distribution across your character and backpack.
Several traders with conflicting loyalties await in the city and safe zones: some openly fight the bandits, others stay neutral, and a few collaborate with them.
Trade exclusively through bartering — there is no currency. Complete quests to raise your reputation, unlock better goods, discounts, and rare items.
Your choices affect faction relationships, leading to multiple branching paths and several different endings.
Safehouses are your true sanctuaries. Sleep, craft items at workbenches, and store your loot here.
Improve the workbench (unlock better crafting recipes), bed (faster vigor recovery and reduced hunger/thirst drain while sleeping), and storage (more space). Upgrades apply across all safehouses.
Bandits — from common street marauders to heavily armed factory guards and the elite retinue of the crime boss nicknamed Kotlovan, armed with rare weapons like the AS Val and VSS Vintorez.
Mythological Creatures — twisted by radiation and ancient forces:
Navya — mutated humans turned into aggressive, rotting monsters
Sterva — feral mutated animals (boars, dogs, bears) roaming the forests
Upyri — parasite-controlled undead haunting graveyards
Sea Horrors — giant mutated crabs, crayfish, and other creatures crawling from the depths
The game supports cooperative play with friends.
