In the fictional insect world of "Ant Idea", each major faction boasts distinct traits, vividly portraying the diverse ecology of this microcosm: there are crazy destroyers, cunning gamblers, greedy plunderers, ruthless killers, and dark parasites, as well as humorous builders, rigid warriors, arrogant craftsmen, hardworking farmers, and shrewd merchants.
Players will embody the will of any insect faction, command their exclusive squad, uphold the faction's philosophy, and pursue their unique ideals. In the factional rivalry of the insect world, you must lead your ant-man team to survive and thrive steadily amid the complex, ever-changing natural environment and unpredictable factional conflicts.
Centered on the will of the insect faction, players will lead their squad to freely choose their development path — they can engage in combat, focus on construction, dedicate themselves to farming, specialize in trade, or launch decisive raids. With flexible strategies, they will compete against various factions in the unpredictable natural environment and carve out their own path to survival.
Story Mode: Focus on multiple leaders with minor flaws, and through immersive storytelling, chronicle their growth journey — from immaturity to maturity, from confusion to resolve — weaving together a series of warm yet tense short stories.
Sandbox Mode: Leverage the unique strengths of each faction, strategize in the preset world, develop exclusive survival tactics, achieve various victory objectives, and embark on an unrestrained adventure.

Flexible Team Configuration: Each ant-man can unlock an exclusive combat class and carry two sets of freely switchable equipment. You must flexibly configure your squad members based on battlefield conditions to accurately counter various challenges — the enemy may be a balanced lineup of tanks, warriors, archers, assassins, mages, and summoners, an evil wizard coven specializing in venom magic, or a horde of barbaric warriors charging solely with swords; you may encounter fragile sharpshooters who rely solely on long-range kiting tactics, or stumble upon an unarmed resource-gathering team loaded with supplies.

Casualties in battle are an inevitable part of survival. The sacrifices of predecessors will not be in vain; they will ultimately be transformed into experience and lessons for future generations. Every ant you personally nurture will shoulder the responsibility of the entire race's rise and fall and continue the faction's legacy.

As an indie game, "Ant Idea" has been in development for over two years, evolving from a simple concept to its current polished state. It is expected to launch its initial version in the fourth quarter of 2026, with continuous updates and improvements to follow. The game features an open-world framework, where different plot branches unlock a variety of short stories, and the sandbox mode will constantly add new gameplay, allowing you to freely select your preferred settings and embark on an endless adventure in the insect world.
