The hotel is overrun. Ghosts and otherworldly creatures have spilled into the rooms, and the hotel has gone into lockdown — all ten floors, full of animal-like guests, now trapped inside. Something in the fabric between worlds has torn. The nightmares of the dead are bleeding into the lives of the living, and the guests of Hotel Paraíso are caught in the middle.

There are spirits who return to settle old debts.
There are others who return out of habit.
And there are some who never understood that they had left.
Move through the hotel floor by floor, uncover what went wrong, and free each cursed room before the problem spreads beyond these walls. The hotel has secrets older than this crisis — not everything haunting the Paraíso arrived tonight.

Works the hotel floor and looks after the guests. Notices things others don't. He has powerful magic abilities — which is useful, because this situation is going to require them.

Tatami
She has spent her whole life within these walls and knows the hotel better than anyone. Her curiosity has no limits, and she is never afraid of trying something new.
Xi Long
He knew something strange was happening here, and arrived just in time to find out. Decades of studying spirits and ghosts make this situation more fascinating than frightening. Oh, and he has a gun.

Hotel Paraíso is a 2.5D adventure — a 3D environment brought to life by 2D hand-drawn characters. Exploring the hotel is part puzzle, part conversation: the guests have their own stories, and paying attention matters. There are some characters that hide really strange secrets...

When you encounter ghosts, the game shifts into a turn-based puzzle combat system. Character and enemy colors determine how fights work — a rock/paper/scissors logic layered with skill upgrades and ghost reactions. Chain attacks, trigger explosions, find the most efficient path through each room.
