Roll 'em Out is an indie adventure game best experienced when played with friends. You set out on an expedition to an ancient cave but your friend was cursed when he accidentally activated an ancient relic. He did not die but was transformed into a bouncy ball. You (and your friends) must Roll 'em Out of the cave to save him and break the curse. Otherwise, the very cave will collapse.
The game can be played solo or with upto 4 players. 4-player co-op is the recommended mode to play Roll 'em Out. You must push and pull the ball to guide it through confusing mazes and varied biomes.
Roll 'em Out features 2 distinct game modes - Chaotic & Relaxed. Chaotic mode is the recommended mode for challenge-seekers and tight-knit teammates as all 4 players are tied together using a rope (as real cavers and hikers are). Relaxed mode is an easier experience where the players are not bound to each other.
He may have become a ball, but remember he's still alive. Feed him to keep him that way. A lot of creatures would love to swallow him like a boiled egg. Don't let them eat him. Which is tricky because he's so damn bouncy. The fact that the cave will collapse if gets too far away makes it worse...
You have 2 dedicated slap buttons. Be Slaphappy! Want to guide the ball? Slap 'em. Is your friend on fire? Slap 'em. Want to stun your enemies? Slap 'em. Your friends are being d***s? Slap 'em. Slaps can both start and end all problems.
Creatures of all manner will stand in your way. Bats, carnivorous plants, snakes and more. And of course, your lack of teamwork. Trust me that's the biggest danger of all.
