Unearthly

An Alien ARPG!

Unearthly brings an alien ARPG experience!  Create an alien from a selection of weapons, armor, and origins that can be mixed and matched.  From the alien's ship, scan the planet looking for areas to explore.  Areas are randomly generated, with a wide range of objectives available.  Jump into enemies to knock them down, pick up and throw enemies, use an assortment of abilities to complete objectives and collect crystals!  There are no full inventories here and everything that drops will be picked up automatically!  Loot comes in the form of crystals that contain stats and special effects that can be added to items and abilities.

Create Your Alien!

Weapons, armor, and origins can be mixed and matched to create a wide range of playstyles. An assortment of customization options exists including heads, suits, weapon variations, and color schemes.  Origins determine the abilities an alien has and also changes the effects and color of the selected weapon.

All The Loot!

Loot comes in the form of crystals for each stat.  If an item or ability has a stat, a crystal that contains the same stat can be used to improve it.  To use a crystal, players simply need infusion essence that drops from enemies and as rewards for completing objectives.  Rare loot comes in the form of legendary crystals that have various uses such as increasing rarity or allowing items and abilities to be reset back to their original state.  Unneeded crystals can be salvaged for extra infusion essence.

Levels and Scaling

Invasion level is raised by completing objectives.  The world map, all objectives, and areas to explore are randomly generated so the world is everchanging.  As invasion level goes up, more difficult areas will appear on the map and enemies will become stronger.  This rise in difficulty also comes with better chances at finding rare crystals!  Being defeated will result in lowering the invasion level and being sent back to the ship.
