A tiny online world to explore. Collect creatures, build decks, craft items from materials you find, decorate your room, and play games on consoles you build or repair.
tinymancer doesn't give you a recipe book. You discover recipes by experimenting.
As you explore, fight creatures, and trade, you collect materials: scraps, creature parts, occult objects, and pieces of lost technology. Combine them to see what happens. Some attempts fail and waste the materials. Successful combinations produce a useful item and permanently save the recipe, so you can craft it again whenever you have the ingredients.
You get a personal chamber that you can decorate however you want.
Place furniture, arrange shelves, display items you've collected, and use the room for storage. It works as both a practical space and a place to show what you've found.

You collect cards by exploring the world, trading, defeating creatures, and crafting.
Use them to build a deck that fits your playstyle. Some cards work well with specific creatures or items, and some combinations are stronger than others. As you find new cards, you can swap them in and keep adjusting your deck over time.
The world is full of creatures with different looks, behaviours, and abilities.
You can find them while exploring, win them in battle, get them through trades, or unlock them by crafting. Some are useful in combat. Some pair well with specific cards. Some are rare or tied to hidden parts of the game. You can build a team out of the ones you like best.
The world has towns, wilderness, dungeons, hidden rooms, and occult locations.
While exploring, you'll find creatures, materials, cards, items, and pieces of lost technology. Some discoveries are easy to spot. Others are hidden, and some areas can only be fully explored once you have specific items or knowledge from somewhere else in the game.
tinymancer contains other games you can play inside it.
As you explore, you'll find broken consoles, cartridge parts, lost games, and arcade machines. You can repair them or craft new ones. Handheld consoles let you play cartridges while you're outside. Plug-in consoles work in your chamber. Arcade machines are placed in the world and played on the spot. Finishing a game can unlock rewards back in tinymancer.
tinymancer is online. Other players are in the same world, doing the same things you are.
You can play at your own pace, alone or with others. You can trade items, show off your chamber, run into other players in the same locations, and take part in a world that keeps going whether you're online or not.
All of tinymancer's systems affect each other.
A card you use often might eventually unlock its creature as one you can collect. Completing a cartridge can deliver rare materials to your door. An object placed in your chamber might open up new options somewhere else in the world.
Progress in one system feeds into the others, so experimenting with crafting, deckbuilding, exploration, or housing can lead to discoveries you didn't expect.
