Sora Hoshimi, a brilliant student who ranks at the top of nationwide mock exams, and Hitsuji Kuremu, an underachiever constantly asleep during class.
When the strange illness known as Nosferatu Disease brings together two girls who should never have crossed paths, a story shared only between them begins.
