Through a series of strange coincidences, Yaotome Tetsuya finds himself the new manager of an all-girls dormitory.

He looks after the residents by cooking their meals and tending to their daily needs, all while working a part-time job at the dorm's attached crepe café.

This charming café, located on the first floor to give the girls real-world experience, becomes a place where he shares the sweet and sour moments of work life alongside them in their cute uniforms.
