Praktikos is a tactical roguelite card game where every position matters.
The King of the Underworld has abandoned the Throne.
Without a ruler, the Deadly Sins who live in the depths begin a fight for control of the realm. But in the Underworld, wars are not won by brute force alone. To claim the Throne, each sin must win Praktikos: an ancient game of cards, strategy, and board formations.
In duels inspired by tic-tac-toe, you place cards, complete formations, block enemy moves, and turn every action into a deadly decision.
At the start, battles take place on 3×3 boards: easy to understand, quick to play, and full of tension. As you progress, new 4×4 and 5×5 formats are unlocked, expanding the possibilities for lines, columns, diagonals, blocks, and positional combos.
The rule remains clear: complete an entire line, column, or diagonal to end the combat and score more points. If the board is filled without a complete formation, the combat also ends. In the end, whoever has the most points wins.
But winning is not only about completing a formation.
Each card has Power, Multiplier, and its own abilities. Some strengthen allies. Others drain enemies, swap positions, destroy pieces, manipulate the board, or create unexpected plays at the most critical moment.
Besides cards, each character has 5 unlockable special abilities, released as you play new runs. These abilities can change the pace of battle, open new strategies, and transform how each sin fights for the board.
A single well-placed card can turn an entire battle around.
Choose a character, build your strategy, and face the other sins in a roguelite journey full of branching paths, relics, upgrades, forges, events, and increasingly difficult combats. At the end of the journey, only those who master Praktikos will be able to claim the Throne of the Underworld.
Tactical board combat
Place cards in 3×3, 4×4, and 5×5 arenas. Create lines, columns, and diagonals, block enemy threats, and prepare plays that can explode into powerful combos.
Evolving boards
Start in 3×3 arenas and unlock 4×4 and 5×5 formats after overcoming the first difficulty. The bigger the board, the more room for combos, blocks, multiple threats, and strategic comebacks.
Scoring through formations
Completing a line, column, or diagonal does not automatically win the match: it ends the combat and gives more points. In the end, whoever has more points wins.
Easy to learn
The base is simple: play cards on the board and create combinations. The depth comes from abilities, attributes, relics, special rules, and positional decisions.
8 playable characters
Each character has their own style, deck, abilities, and way of breaking the rules of the board. Choose your sin, master its mechanics, and face the others.
More than 200 cards and upgrades
Each card can change your run. Evolve attributes, improve effects, change abilities, and discover new ways to build your deck.
More than 100 relics
During runs, find relics of different rarities that modify your battles, strengthen your cards, and create unexpected synergies.
Procedural maps by act
Choose your path through branching maps with battles, events, shops, forges, chests, and elites. Each route offers different risks and rewards.
More dangerous elites
Elite versions of the sins enter combat with relics and special board rules, creating more unpredictable and challenging duels.
Card forge
Modify cards during the run, apply improvements, transform abilities, and adapt your deck to the type of threat that is coming next.
Persistent progression
Unlock new characters, relics, card levels, and content for future runs. Each attempt expands your possibilities.
Fight for the Throne of the Underworld
Overcome the sins, survive the acts, and prove that you are worthy of ruling the realm left behind by the King of the Underworld.
The King of the Underworld has disappeared.
His Throne was left empty, and no sin accepts bowing to another.
To decide who will become the new ruler, the Deadly Sins turn to Praktikos, a card and board game played in the depths of the Underworld. Each duel is a fight for influence, power, and control.
Gluttony wants to consume everything.
Wrath wants to destroy any opposition.
Lust wants to manipulate the field in its favor.
Greed wants to collect every possible advantage.
Envy wants to take what belongs to others.
Pride believes the Throne should already be his.
Sloth weakens its rivals until they can no longer react.
In the end, only one sin can take the Throne.
Each sin represents a different way to play.
Gluttony devours and absorbs.
Wrath destroys and punishes.
Lust manipulates positions.
Greed accumulates power.
Envy steals advantages.
Pride controls the center.
Sloth weakens and delays.
The Sinner starts simple, but can surprise you.
Each choice changes your deck, your priorities, and the way you see the board.
Choose your character and equip up to 2 special abilities, unlocked as you play new runs.
Advance through a procedural map divided into acts.
Face battles, events, shops, forges, and elites.
Collect relics and improve your cards.
Adapt to the special rules of each combat.
Face the other sins.
Reach the final level and fight for the Throne of the Underworld.
No run is the same.
No board is safe.
No victory comes without sin.
Praktikos is not just about having strong cards.
It is about position.
You need to predict where the enemy will play, block dangerous formations, create multiple threats at the same time, and use your abilities at the right moment.
Sometimes, the best move is to attack.
Sometimes, it is to block.
Sometimes, it is to sacrifice a card now to win three turns later.
Completing a formation can end the combat and give many points, but the real victory belongs to whoever built the best score throughout the battle.
The board shows the danger.
The cards create the chaos.
You decide how to survive.
