Strap into a sleek shuttle, drop through a planet's atmosphere, and walk its surface. Then lift off, break orbit, and aim for a new pinprick of light on the far side of the system. In Holospace there are no loading screens between worlds — just one continuous voxel universe that runs as far as you're virtually willing to fly.
Pilot your ship from the ground, up through the atmosphere, into open space, and on to the next planet — all in real time, no cuts. Land anywhere, park on the pad, and explore on foot: run, sprint, jump, and jetpack across voxel terrain beneath a living sky of day/night cycles and rolling weather.
Every planet is rolled from its own seed — palette, gravity, terrain, biomes, oceans, and the creatures that roam it, all generated coherently from scratch. No two worlds are exactly the same. Your home world is always waiting; everything beyond is yours to chart.
Carve into the world with a plasma cutter, gather materials tier by tier, and craft at deployable stations on a shaped recipe grid. Place blocks, raise structures, and leave your mark — your edits to a world persist.
Wield a deep arsenal — plasma rifles, SMGs, revolvers, snipers, scatter guns, and glowing plasma blades — and customize your exosuit from a range of craftable styles and upgrades. Summon a glowing Echo orb to light the dark and help you traverse the unknown.
Worlds erupt into Surges: dropships descend and waves of creatures and armed voiders, the corrupted in the universe. Close in with rushers, ranged units, and heavies that take cover and flank. Hold your ground, or run for your ship.
Deep space hides wandering black holes. Real-time gravitational lensing bends the starfield around a glowing accretion disk, and their gravity wells reach far. Stray too close and the pull turns inescapable — spiral in and get stretched into a fine cosmic noodle, or get hurled clear across the galaxy through a wormhole.
Host or join over LAN and explore the universe with friends.
Keep multiple save "universes," each with its own seed and its own worlds to discover.
