Core plot introduction: On a rainy night in Los Angeles, deliveryman Levi van West gets involved in a consciousness harvesting conspiracy while delivering food and is chased by killers. At the brink of death, he fuses with the seventh consciousness insect and becomes a super digital life form. He uses his abilities to infiltrate the FX intranet, locks onto 42-year-old chief legal officer Saskia Hendrix, and starts approaching her to obtain information.
Worldview atmosphere: The story constructs a cyberpunk world full of technology and conspiracies, where elements such as consciousness harvesting and nanotechnology are intertwined, mysterious and dangerous.
